Officially, the Premier League stands are empty

Fans will be banned again from all English football stadiums from tomorrow morning, after the rapid rise in coronavirus cases.

Liverpool and Everton were the only teams left in the Premier League allowed to host fans, until Health Minister Matt Hancock announced Wednesday afternoon.

The Minister of Health announced the transfer of the city of Liverpool from the second level to the third level in terms of Covid-19 procedures, and thus the Premier League stadiums will return empty.

Liverpool and Everton were allowed to accommodate 2000 fans, when the city was in the second level, and with its move to the third level, the presence of fans was prohibited.
